All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, processing may occasionally take up to 3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized security nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Custom-configured systems
  • Software or digital products that have been activated
  • Monitoring systems that have been registered or configured

Security Note: Once security devices are installed or configured, they cannot be returned due to potential security implications and hygiene reasons.
